  • Public Hotel, NYC

    Worked with boutique hotel impresario Ian Schrager to launch the food and beverage offerings at this iconic Lower East Side hotel. Developed the opening systems, processes, pricing, technology and financial models for this industry-changing property.

  • Dean & Deluca

    Worked with the iconic gourmet food retailer to revamp the market stores and direct channels in North America. Partnering with founders Giorgio Deluca and Jack Ceglic, the team revamped the market stores to significantly increase top line revenue, basket average, time in the store and overall unit EBIDTA. B2B and B2C channels increased by more than 25% in eighteen months.

    As a part of the global leadership for this luxury hospitality brand, our team partnered with the Ian Schrager Company to design and deliver award winning restaurants around the globe. Partnerships include: Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Jason Atherton, Tom Aikens, Stephen Starr, Mott 32, David Thompson, and Maximal Concepts.

  • Joy America Cafe

    Co-created this contemporary Southwestern concept with Chef Peter Zimmer for the launch of the American Visionary Art Museum on the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. Featured on the cover of Baltimore Magazine.

  • IndeBleu Restaurant & Lounge

    Developed and launched this Iconic Washington DC fine dining and entertainment destination. Voted one of the “80 Hottest Places in the World” by Condé Nast Traveler and featured on the cover of Where Magazine. The cocktail menu, designed by Jay Coldren, remains on permanent display at the Library of Congress.
